The short version of using Alosem
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at hello@alosem.com if someone else is using it.
What things cost
Reading, keeping, drifting, refining, and talking to Sema are free. Generating an image spends credits — always shown before you approve, never spent without your explicit request. Failed generations are not charged; if a job fails after a debit, the credit returns.
What you may not make
No real-person likeness manipulation. No sexual content involving minors, ever. No instructions for harm. Sema declines these in one line; repeated attempts cost the account.
What you own
Images you generate are yours, under the terms in /license: private by default, CC BY 4.0 if you share them publicly. Images you upload stay yours; see /license for the narrow thing uploading grants us.
What Sema is
Sema is Alosem's art director — an AI assistant that reads images, rewrites prompts, and prepares generations you approve. She never generates, saves, or publishes anything without your explicit approval. Provenance: generated images carry a record naming Alosem as the generator; public share surfaces label them "generated with alosem."
The service
Provided as-is. We work to keep it up and to keep your drafts durable, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. We can change these terms; material changes are announced in the product before they apply, not after.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Alosem is not liable for indirect damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
